Bristol Rovers vs Rochdale - Daniel Leadbitter to miss out for Bristol Rovers
Posted Tuesday, February 13, 2018 by PA
Bristol Rovers have once again lost Daniel Leadbitter to injury ahead of Rochdale’s visit in Sky Bet League One.
The defender returned at Oxford on Saturday after being sidelined since Boxing Day because of a problem with his left hamstring.
But Leadbitter lasted only 11 minutes before damaging his right hamstring and now faces another spell on the sidelines.
New-boy Kyle Bennett is in line to make his home debut after scoring Rovers’ first goal in the 2-1 win at Oxford.
Rochdale, whose game against Fleetwood at the weekend was postponed, have three players available from their most recent clash against Millwall in the FA Cup.
Scott Wiseman, Alex Dobre and Sam Hart are all back for boss Keith Hill having been cup-tied.
Niall Canavan (ankle) and Keith Keane (groin) are still long-term absentees.
Despite struggling in the relegation zone, Dale are unbeaten in three games in all competitions.
