Luis Suarez does not seem to be liked in Eindhoven, as PSV have been forced to remove an image of the striker from their stadium due to fan pressure, who don't forgive the Uruguayan's past with their big rivals.
The former Ajax man appeared alongside Paul Pogba and Lionel Messi in an Adidas advert but the image did not last long at Philips Stadion.
"We made the wrong decision," Arne van Breugel, responsible for marketing at the club asserted.
Etalage van vernieuwde winkel in stadion is leeg. En dat op de dag vd heropening. Er hing een afbeelding van o.a. Suarez. Hij beet Bakkal die toen voor psv speelde, in 2010. Online veel negatieve reacties van fans.
"We have consulted with the brand and there will be another image."
