The couple announced they were to become parents back in December

The Italian-born beauty and the Chelsea striker announced back in December that they were to become parents for the first time.

And to make matters more exciting for Morata and Campello, it is believed they will be welcoming twins into the world.

The duo tied the knot in Venice last June, with a host of Real Madrid and Spanish internationals in attendance.

And the two have been hitting the headlines in England since Morata signed for the Blues in a club-record deal from Los Blancos.

Campello shared a video of her and her 25-year-old husband dancing earlier this month, despite fears the ex-Juventus hitman could be out for the rest of the season with a back injury.

The post did little to allay the fears of Blues fans who were desperate for their main man to not suffer another setback.

But Morata has returned to the starting XI under Antonio Conte, and was involved in a huge talking point during the 2-1 defeat against Manchester United on Sunday.

He appeared to net home a dramatic equaliser in the dying stages of the match at Old Trafford, only for the goal to be wrongly ruled out for offside.

And with his fortunes favouring off the pitch, the Champions League winner is enduring a frustrating time on it.

After starting his Chelsea career off on fire, Morata has struggled at Stamford Bridge in recent months.

He may have banged in 12 goals in all competitions this campaign, but hasn't found the back of the net since scoring in 2-0 win against Brighton on Boxing Day.

But he will be looking to end his bleak streak when the London side travel to the Etihad on Sunday to take on Premier League leaders Manchester City.
