Waterfall misses out as Lincoln face Grimsby in derby clash

Lincoln will once again be without skipper Luke Waterfall for Saturday’s League Two derby clash with Grimsby.
Defender Waterfall was sent off in the 1-1 draw at Mansfield on March 6 and serves the second instalment of his suspension.
However, manager Danny Cowley could soon have loan signing James Wilson back at his disposal after more than a month out with an ankle injury.
Cowley has confirmed Wilson, Danny Rowe and Cameron Stewart are all back in training after injury.
Grimsby boss Michael Jolley has been dealt a major blow by the news that loan signing Charles Vernam is likely to miss the rest of the campaign with a knee injury.
Vernam needs surgery and has returned to parent club Derby, who will manage his rehabilitation.
Striker Gary McSheffrey could make his debut at the age of 35 after signing a short-term contract following a spell training with the Mariners.
Jolley has no fresh injuries, but while striker Mallik Wilks could return to contention after a hamstring problem, Luke Summerfield, Paul Dixon, Karleigh Osborne and Simeon Jackson are fighting for fitness.
