Lloyd Sam could make his AFC Wimbledon debut in Saturday’s home League One clash with Scunthorpe.
The one-cap Ghana forward has joined the Dons on a short-term deal and took a seat on the bench for the 1-0 Good Friday defeat at Fleetwood.
Boss Neal Ardley could draft the 33-year-old into his starting line-up after drawing a blank on the road, and in a bid to end a run of three games without a win.
Darius Charles continues to close in on a return after hip trouble.
Lee Novak is pushing hard for a start for off-colour Scunthorpe having finally shaken off a heel complaint.
The former Huddersfield and Birmingham striker remained an unused substitute in Scunthorpe’s 1-1 draw at Oxford on Good Friday.
