Lewis Milne scored twice as Montrose won 3-0 at Cowdenbeath to return to the top of Ladbrokes League Two.
Milne’s deflected strike gave the visitors a half-time lead against the Scottish League’s bottom club, with Martin Rennie also going close with a header.
The latter made it 2-0 early in the second half with a close-range tap-in before a trademark free-kick from Milne put the result firmly beyond doubt and lifted Montrose three points clear of title rivals Peterhead.
The night’s other fixture, between Berwick and Stenhousemuir, was postponed due to the weather for the second week in succession and the fifth time this season.
