Doncaster will be without injured defender Joe Wright for their home game against relegated Bury.
Wright sustained a knock in Saturday’s win at MK Dons and will not feature, so Andy Butler could return to the starting line-up.
Midfielder Matty Blair will be monitored after he was forced off in the first half against MK Dons following a blow to the head.
Fellow defender Danny Andrew is closing in on his return to action after a long-term knee injury as Doncaster bid to extend their unbeaten run to six matches.
Bury teenager Joe Adams could make his first start for the club after stepping off the bench for his debut at the weekend.
The Shakers’ home defeat to Northampton condemned them to Sky Bet League Two next season and boss Ryan Lowe is keen to blood some youngsters.
Fellow teenagers Callum Styles and Ryan Cooney both played the full 90 minutes on Saturday in the continued absence of Greg Leigh and Joe Skarz and hope to continue.
Saul Shotton, 17, is also hoping to feature after he was an unused substitute against Northampton, while Jermaine Beckford (knee), Craig Jones (thigh) and Eoghan O’Connell (ligaments) remain sidelined.
