Danny Rowe netted a second-half brace as AFC Fylde returned to winning ways and extended their unbeaten run to 10 matches with a 3-1 victory over Ebbsfleet at Kuflink Stadium.
Neither goalkeeper had much work to do in the opening 45 minutes, with an early Rowe chance going wide for the visitors, while Ebou Adams came closest as the hosts searched for an opener.
Fylde came out stronger for the second half and took an early lead as Rowe’s cross beat everyone in the box and floated into the net after 49 minutes.
Rowe completed his brace as he curled home a free-kick just before the hour mark for his seventh goal of the season to move top of the Vanarama National League scoring charts.
Corey Whitely pulled one back for the hosts with 13 minutes left before Gime Toure put the score beyond doubt as he slotted home Fylde’s third, four minutes from time.
