Arturo Vidal has been ordered by a Munich court to pay a fine of 800,000 euros over a night club incident from just over two years ago, according to a media report.
The Chilean, who at the time was playing for Bayern Munich, was at Crown's Club when he hit a person in the head with a bottle of vodka, it is stated by media outlet TZ, and the victim suffered severe injuries.
Vidal's brother Sandrino and his father-in-law, who were present at the fight, were also fined 20,000 and 41,000 euros respectively.
Neither Vidal nor his relatives attended the trial held at the Munich court.
