Darron Gibson banned for West Brom clash

Wigan will be without the suspended Darron Gibson when they resume Sky Bet Championship action at home to West Brom.
Gibson was sent off during the heavy defeat at Preston prior to the international break and the midfielder will begin a three-match ban on Saturday.
Dan Burn has recovered from the broken foot he suffered in pre-season and the defender could be in line for his first start of the campaign, with Chey Dunkley and Cedric Kipre seeing their places in the team come under pressure.
Callum McManaman has featured off the bench in the last two games and the midfielder will hope to make his first Championship start since August 11 against his former club.
West Brom will check on the fitness of winger Matt Phillips.
The Scotland international has been battling a muscle strain and is being assessed on a game-by-game basis after missing the last four matches.
New signing Bakary Sako could be involved for the first time since joining the Baggies on a short-term deal at the beginning of the month.
The likes of Chris Brunt and Hal Robson-Kanu are also options for West Brom boss Darren Moore should he wish to make changes to the side that started the 4-1 home win against Reading.
