At this rate Isco will end up with Guardiola at City

The case of Isco has turned into a crisis.

Solari hasn't used the player since taking the coach's position at Real Madrid, and in less than a month he has already delivered the first punch on the table.

So much so that the table will be trembling for a few days.

Isco is a star, and sending him to the stands in a Champions League match where even Fede Valverde and Vinicius made the bench, is only going to end one way.

His status doesn't deserve this type of penalty.

Solari has to make decisions, that's what the coach is for, but he's wrong in this case and the wound is open.

At this rate, Isco will end up leaving, and in the rest of Europe his stock is still very high.

Maybe he's even more valued outside of Spain than at home, and economically he is, for sure.

There, in the distance, Guardiola and City already appear.

Txiki Beguiristain went to the Costa del Sol to try and sign Isco for Manuel Pellegrini back in 2013, after his exuberant year with Malaga in the Champions League.

But Madrid got in the middle of the negotiations and, thanks to the mediation of Alvaro Morata, Isco ended up choosing Los Blancos.

He wasn't wrong because at 26, he has four Champions Leagues and a LaLiga Santander title, among others.

His renewal came just before Barcelona's Josep Maria Bartomeu prepared to hand him a huge bonus to sign for the Catalans, even though, at that point, he would be a year without playing.

The president's dream of turning him into the new Iniesta remained just that, because a 700 million euro clause was insurmountable.

Guardiola has made his interest in the player clear in the past.

And as David Silva prepares for the end of his career, Isco fits perfectly into Pep's plan to continue making history at City...
