Agustien and Smith on target as Barrow win at Braintree

Goals from Kemy Agustien and Tyler Smith gave Barrow all three points at Braintree.
It took 10 minutes for the visitors to open the scoring against the side bottom of the National League. Jacob Blyth was fouled on the edge of the penalty box and Agustien did the rest to beat George Legg in the Braintree goal with a brilliant free-kick.
Barrow had a penalty claim turned down shortly afterwards when Jack Barthram went down in the box before Callum Morton headed over Braintree’s best chance of the first half.
Brave goalkeeping from Joel Dixon kept the visitors ahead when he slid out to deny Braintree a goalscoring opportunity seconds before Smith was denied a penalty at the other end.
Smith sealed victory just after the hour mark when faced with a one-on-one as he rounded the keeper and calmly found the back of the net.
