Everton vs Tottenham Hotspur - Richarlison and Gomes included in Everton squad

Key Everton players Richarlison and Andre Gomes are both fit to face Tottenham at Goodison Park.
The pair were forced to miss training sessions this week with illness but will both be in the squad on Sunday.
Midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye missed last week’s defeat at Manchester City with a groin injury and faces a late fitness test.
Tottenham have no fresh injury concerns for the trip.
Jan Vertonghen (thigh), Eric Dier (appendicitis), Mousa Dembele (ankle), Serge Aurier (groin) and Victor Wanyama (knee) miss out.
Harry Kane will come back into the side after he started Wednesday’s Carabao Cup game on the bench, with Hugo Lloris also set to be restored to the starting line-up.
