Rodriguez also posted a picture of herself posing on social media, captioning the snaps: "Amore Mio!"
It's believed the pair are now engaged after Ronaldo reportedly proposed to Rodriguez in November.
They already share a one-year old daughter called Alana Martin dos Santos Aveiro.
And after meeting in 2016 at a Gucci store in Madrid where Rodriguez worked at the time, it still seems the couple are very much in love.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo has been named in UEFA's Serie A Team of the Season for the first half of this year's Italian league campaign.
He is joined in attack by Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi and Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne.
Midfield sees Juve's Miralem Pjanic joined by Inter's Marcelo Brozovic and Napoli's Allan.
While a defence of Juve pair Joao Cancelo and Giorgio Chiellini, Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly and Roma's Alesksandar Kolarov sit ahead of Cagliari goalkeeper Alessio Cragno.
