Wharton a doubt for Shakers

Bury will check on Scott Wharton ahead of the promotion-chasing Shakers’ Sky Bet League Two clash with Macclesfield.
The on-loan Blackburn defender has missed the last two games with a groin problem.
Manager Ryan Lowe will consider whether to freshen up his side having made just one change for the Checkatrade Trophy semi-final loss to Portsmouth in midweek.
Midfielder Stephen Dawson (foot) and forward Jermaine Beckford (knee) are set to remain on the sidelines.
Sol Campbell’s Macclesfield will assess the fitness of defender Zak Jules.
The 22-year-old, who joined the club in January, was forced off in the first half of last week’s draw at Crawley with a knock and has been on an intensive training programme.
Stelios Demetriou, who made his debut when he replaced Jules off the bench last weekend, is standing by to fill in again.
The relegation-threatened Silkmen otherwise have no fresh injuries as they bid to extend their three-match unbeaten run.
