Pogba to Real Madrid

Paul Pogba has hinted that he is open to joining Real Madrid in the future.

"Like I've always said, Real Madrid is a dream for anyone," he told reporters.

"It's one of the biggest clubs in the world.

“There is also Zidane as a coach and it's a dream for anybody who likes football.

“For now, I'm at Manchester.

“We don't know what the future holds.

“I’m at Manchester and I'm happy."

Man Utd can sign Sancho

Manchester United have the freedom to move for Jadon Sancho this summer knowing Manchester City have no clause on the player.

Sancho left City for Dortmund in 2017 and the Premier League club, while they have a buy-back clause, do not have a ‘United clause’ in the deal.

It means United could well sign Sancho for £80m if they make the swoop for England’s hottest young talent.

City have, however, inserted a clause into Brahim Diaz’s move to Real Madrid this season, stipulating a 40 per cent cut if he is sold to a ‘Manchester club’.

Simeone going nowhere

Diego Simeone is committed to Atletico Madrid despite their poor form.

That is according to Alvaro Morata, who insists the manager is in no position to jump ship after two defeats on the bounce.

"Cholo is Atletico,” Morata said. "He remains the head of this club and he will do until the end of his life.

"A bad result in the Champions League, or in the league, does not change that. He still has the desire to win, and that is all that matters."

Jose angry with Messi leak claim

Jose Mourinho has hit back at claims he ordered his players to foul Lionel Messi while he was manager of Chelsea.

“If option is to foul him, is important to do it outside the box and as early as possible as recovered from an injury recently,” the report read.

But Mourinho has denied having any direct involvement with the report, claiming it was not part of his job as the first-team boss.

"I am sorry to disappoint those I think I wrote the reports, but I did not,” he told The Sun. "The reports are not mine. I did not write them.”

Adrien Rabiot up for grabs

Adrien Rabiot’s mother and agent says the PSG outcast hasn’t signed a pre-contract agreement with Barcelona.

Rabiot’s contract is set to expire in June and will leave PSG the French champions following a major breakdown in their relationship.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona have been linked with the 23-year-old, with the latter reported to have already agreed personal terms with Rabiot.

However, his agent and mother says that simply isn’t true.

"Everyone says that we have already signed with a club,' she told L'Equipe. 'But we did not sign anywhere!"

Sadio Mane to Real Madrid?

Liverpool should not allow forward Sadio Mane to join Real Madrid because they need him to continue “building something special”, says ESPN FC pundit Alejandro Moreno.

The Reds forward has been linked with a move to the Spanish heavyweights by French outlet L’Equipe.

“He’s becoming an incredibly important piece to Liverpool,” he said on ESPN FC. “Where Mohamed Salah has struggled lately, he has been the guy.

“When Roberto Firmino has been injured, he’s been the guy. He seems to be the more consistent of the three this season and certainly lately.

“If you’re Liverpool, you don’t want any part of letting Mane go because I think you’re building something special and you continue to build upon that with players like Sadio Mane.

“I don’t think it’s in Liverpool’s best interests for Mane to leave.”

Antoine Griezmann to Man Utd

Manchester United are front-runners in the battle to sign Atletico Madrid talisman Antoine Griezmann.

That’s according to Spanish newspaper Sport, who claim Griezmann wants to leave Atletico.

Griezmann, 27, was heavily linked with Barcelona last year but opted to sign a lucrative contract extension until 2023.

However, just nine months after putting pen to paper - Sport claim the World Cup winner regrets his decision.

Sport say with Lucas Hernandez and Diego Godin considering their futures - Griezmann is doing the same.

The report adds that Bayern Munich and Manchester United are at the head of the queue with the Premier League outfit ‘particularly’ interested.
