Man Utd price problem

Manchester United might find it tough to offload Romelu Lukaku because they want a whopping £80m for the striker.

Lukaku is on Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain’s transfer wish lists with the summer window now open.

Express Sport understands, however, that United’s hopes of selling the Belgian could be hit by their own demands.

United want to recoup the vast majority of the £90m they paid for Lukaku, but Inter and PSG cannot afford that.

Chelsea raid

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is planning to launch a move for Emerson Palmieri once he takes the reins at Juventus.

Express Sport understands the Italian is desperate to succeed Massimiliano Allegri at the Allianz Stadium.

And he’s lined up Palmieri to bolster a squad which has won eight Serie A titles on the bounce.

Chelsea will, however, be reluctant to sell the full-back, particularly if Marcos Alonso heads to Atletico Madrid.

De Ligt to Man Utd

Manchester United are expecting to learn where Matthijs de Ligt will be playing his football next season in the coming days.

De Ligt is one of the hottest properties on the planet with United on a list of big clubs eager to get him on board.

The Telegraph claim the Ajax ace will make a decision on where his future lies in the next few days.

Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Manchester City are also interested in snapping up the 19-year-old centre-back.

Arsenal targets

Arsenal want Exequiel Palacios, Nahitan Nandez or Emanuel Reynoso to replace Aaron Ramsey at the Emirates.

The Gunners are in the market for bargain deals having missed out on the windfall Champions League qualification brings with it.

And they are looking to raid the Argentinian top flight, with Palacios at River Plate and Boca Juniors owning Nandez and Reynoso.

TNT Sports reckon the two have been identified as potential replacements for Ramsey, who is on his way to Juventus on a free transfer.

Liverpool eye Fekir

Liverpool might revive a deal for Lyon playmaker Nabil Fekir, Express Sport can exclusively reveal this morning.

Fekir almost joined the Reds last summer, only for concerns over past knee surgery to put paid to the move.

Jurgen Klopp is STILL interested in getting the Frenchman on-board though, with Lyon willing to do business.

Liverpool might, however, have to fight off Manchester City as the Premier League champions have asked to be informed of developments.
