Arsenal and Bayern vying for Carrasco

Arsenal and Bayern Munich are battling it out for Yannick Carrasco's signature this summer.

But both clubs may be set to miss out on the Dalian Yifang star due to the Chinese outfit playing hardball.

Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur claims the club aren't letting Carrasco go without a fight.

"Transfer status: it’s complicated. Arsenal and Bayern have been in touch over Yannick Carrasco," he tweeted.

"The player wants to return to Europe, but Dalian Yifang are playing hardball. #afc."

Raiola warned over Pogba future

Manchester United owners, the Glazer family, have informed Mino Raiola that Paul Pogba is not for sale, according to reports.

Pogba has been heavily linked with moves to former club Juventus and Spanish giants Real Madrid in recent weeks.

But according to Marca, the Italian has been told specifically by the Glazer family that Pogba is not for sale.

The Spanish publication claims Joel and Avram Glazer, who also own NFL outfit Tampa Bay Buccanneers, consider the midfielder essential to United and have made their feelings known.

Longstaff quest

Manchester United have made Toon youngster Sean Longstaff a top transfer target after his impressive breakthrough season for the club.

The local lad seems adamant that he wants to remain on Tyneside.

But Starsport understand the Red Devils are confident of getting Longstaff, despite him signing a new contract last season.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer thinks the Newcastle star is a good fit for his revamped squad, and United are hopeful of sealing a £25m deal before they fly to Australia on July 7.

Salah to go?

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah could be sold this summer after claims he has fallen out with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp.

According to French outlet Le10sport, Liverpool manager Klopp’s relationship with Salah has become “complicated”.

Despite one of the most successful seasons in the Merseysiders’ recent history, the report claims a tension has arisen between the pair.

Instead, it seems Klopp is intent on signing Lille forward Nicolas Pepe.

Le10sport claim that the Reds boss is a huge fan of the Ivorian, who finished the Ligue 1 season on 22 goals, second only to Kylian Mbappe.

Bakayoko to leave?

Chelsea star Tiemoue Bakayoko admits a move to PSG is 'tempting'.

The Ivorian spent last season on loan at AC Milan but is back in London with his future up in the air.

Bakayoko was speaking about his beloved PSG in recent days and admitted he would be keen to play for the Paris outfit.

"Yes, for sure, one day I would like to play in Paris, I cannot lie about it. It’s big for me and my loved ones. We are real Parisians," he told L'Equipe.

Celtic's Twitter rant...

Celtic have been left scratching their heads after they saw their advances for Motherwell midfielder David Turnbull turned down by his agent.

The club’s official account announced to their 629k followers: “Celtic FC was pleased to agree a record-breaking fee with Motherwell FC for David Turnbull and we have quickly followed this up with a fantastic offer to the player through his agent.

"Currently, we have been unable to come to an agreement with the player’s agent.

"Celtic FC is content that it has made a magnificent offer and it is now up to the agent and player to decide if the player wants to join Celtic.

"If not, we move on.”
