The Gabonese ace is also being chased by Arsenal and Leicester but United fans are hoping his stunning fiancée can sway him towards the Red Devils.

Belgian-born model Fanny has already spent some time in Manchester when she was engaged to former City striker Mario Balotelli.

They had a very public split in 2013, but United supporters will be hoping that won't deter the 29-year-old from returning to the North West.

Under her latest Instagram post, one fan wrote: "Come to Manchester please fanny with your beloved family...you're welcome here".

Others have been more direct and simply begged Fanny to "come to Manchester United".

Fanny has been dating Southampton star Lemina since 2017, and the pair welcomed a boy called Isaïah-King last August.

Two years ago she began a career in rap and signed a deal with American record label Def Jam Records, releasing various pop singles in 2016.

She also starred in Drake's short film Please Forgive Me, which featured music from his Views album.

Lemina meanwhile has continued to push for a move away from the South Coast after he was left out of the Saints' pre-season training camp to Austria.

In an interview with France Football, he said: "There is no turning back. I'm not afraid, I made a choice and I take it to the end.

"I aspire to play in the biggest clubs, now we will see what is proposed.

"I had chosen to leave Juventus for Southampton to have more playing time, I got it.

"I made a good impression in England, I had good returns at a certain time, so I hope clubs will not have a short memory.

"I stand by my plan, I decided to tell the leaders that I wanted to leave, there is no turning back.

"There is a risk, of course, but I know what I'm capable of, I'm 100 per cent and I'm going to prove that I can get back to my best.

"Some clubs may be more cautious, but they already know me. Today, I am fully recovered, I worked a lot. I am ready to move on."
