Lionel Messi wants to win everything on offer with Barcelona this season, having come up short in last year's Copa del Rey final and Champions League semi-final.
Barcelona have ruled in Spain in recent years while struggling to do the same in Europe, but Messi has urged the Blaugrana's fans not to undervalue their achievements.
"I'll say the same as last season," Messi said on the pitch ahead of the Joan Gamper Trophy.
"Together we're going to fight for everything again.
"We have to value the league. Eight in 11 years is great for any club. We'll see with time how difficult that is.
"We have new ideas and a new enthusiasm."
Ernesto Valverde also spoke, emphasising the need to put last season behind them and focus on the job at hand.
