Bristol City will be looking to make amends for their midweek Carabao Cup penalty shoot-out defeat when QPR head to Ashton Gate for Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship encounter.
Robins boss Lee Johnson has, however, confirmed defender Jay Dasilva, signed on a permanent deal from Chelsea in the summer, is set for up to five months of recovery following a stress fracture of his tibia.
Portuguese right-back Pedro Pereira is being monitored on a dead leg and the summer signing sat out the midweek trip to London.
Forward Matty Taylor was left out of the first team squad on Tuesday night amid speculation over a move away, while midfielder Marley Watkins, forward Saikou Janneh and goalkeeper Niki Maenpaa continue their rehabilitation.
QPR report no fresh injury concerns following the midweek cup win over City, for which boss Mark Warburton made some eight changes from their last Championship match.
Goalkeeper Liam Kelly marked his debut for the Hoops with the winning save in the penalty shoot-out, but number one Joe Lumley is expected to return to the starting XI.
Forward Jan Mlaklar came off the bench following his quad problem and could be involved again, while
Northern Ireland Under-21s midfielder Charlie Owens has targeted a regular place in the squad after being given a new two-year contract.
Defender Lee Wallace (hip) continues to move closer to a potential debut following his move from Rangers after joining in with full training, but Ryan Manning is expected to start again at left-back.
