Burton boss Nigel Clough has plenty of options ahead of Rotherham’s trip to the Pirelli Stadium.
Midfielder Stephen Quinn returned from suspension as the Brewers beat Port Vale in their midweek Carabao Cup tie, and he could feature once again.
Impressive youngster Nathan Broadhead scored twice on his full debut against Gillingham last weekend but missed the Vale clash with an ankle injury and may not regain his fitness in time to face the Millers.
Defender Richard Nartey remains out but Scottish winger David Templeton is available for selection having recovered from a hip flexor issue.
Rotherham will be without on-loan Norwich striker Carlton Morris due to the effects of concussion.
Morris was withdrawn in the early stages of the Millers’ Carabao Cup win at Shrewsbury on Tuesday night after a clash of heads and will not feature.
Defender Joe Mattock is hoping to return after missing out in midweek with a rib injury and boss Paul Warne must decide whether to retain his replacement Clark Robertson.
Right-back Billy Jones could return to contention after the start to his season was delayed due to a heel problem.
