Gemma Atkinson, 34, slammed mummy critics who panned her parenting style online.

The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, who welcomed her first child in July, told trolls to "go f***" themselves in a heated Instagram post yesterday.

After welcoming her firstborn with partner Gorka Marquez, the new mum took to social media after a flurry of keyboard warriors lamented the star for trivial stuff, such as her baby was sat "too low" in a pushchair.

Hitting back at the nasty comments, the post, which she uploaded to her 1.2million followers read: "On your mark, get set, go f*** yourself."

Underneath the snap she wrote a long list of all the abuse she has received from others mums.

Gemma wrote: "She shouldn't have a dummy. It's not cold enough for a hat. I hope you're breast feeding.

"Get a proper pram. Can't believe you wake her to feed. She doesn't need two blankets. She shouldn't be around the dogs.

"Her heads not supported on that. She's sat too low in the papoose. Put mittens on her. Can't believe you went out with her already."

The TV star then added: "Above is just a small list of what’s been said to me on here since having Mia.

"She’s not even eight weeks old. I’m absolutely all for getting help and advice!

"But there’s ways to do it, so to those people who seem to be the unqualified experts when it comes to being a mum, the above is for you. Print it and hang it on the wall next to your perfect parent award."

Fans and famous faces soon backed Gemma and blasted the hateful remarks.

Christine McGuiness wrote: "Heard it all before. Raise her your way, she’s your baby!"

"Don't justify yourself to a bunch of w**ky keyboard warriors. You're doing amazing and your little girl is thriving. That's all the justification you need," a second put.

While a third chimed in: "Preach! Mum police are the worst bored of it."
