Zlatan Ibrahimovic Grabbed His Crotch After Confrontation With Heckling LAFC Fan

Zlatan Ibrahimovic savagely responded to a heckling Los Angeles fan by grabbing his crotch amid rumours he will leave LA Galaxy at the end of the season.

LA Galaxy suffered a 5-3 defeat to fierce rivals Los Angeles in the MLS Western Conference play-off semi-final at the Banc of California Stadium.

When he was leaving the pitch, Ibrahimovic was involved in a verbal spat with an LAFC fan and grabbed his crotch as he was led away from the rival supporters.

The 38-year-old Swedish superstar scored once and assisted during El Trafico, but he was unable to lead his side to the final of the Western Conference.

Carlos Vela, who is Ibrahimovic's fierce MLS rival, outshone the LA Galaxy striker after he scored a first-half brace and also registered an assist.

Cristian Pavon pulled one back for Galaxy before half-time and Ibrahimovic stepped up in the second half and secured an equaliser for his side.

But Los Angeles would restore their advantage as Diego Rossi found the back of the net in the 66th minute and Adama Diomande scored in the 68th minute.

Rolf Feltscher handed Galaxy a fighting chance when he scored Galaxy's third of the match, only for Diomande to return and complete his brace minutes later.

Ibrahimovic is out of contract at the end of the season and has been under intense transfer speculation.

The ex-Manchester United and Barcelona striker, who can sign with a new side in December after the end of the MLS play-offs, has been linked with a stunning return to Italy.

And Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has dropped a major hint that he is keen to bring Ibrahimovic to the San Paolo.

"[Ibrahimovic] is a friend, I met him in Los Angeles not as a footballer but as a normal person because we were in the same hotel," he told Sky Sports.

"I invited him over for dinner with his wife and kids and we had an amazing time.

"It would be my wish to see him in Napoli colours, it's more than a suggestion and it depends on him.

"It's been talked about for a few months now."

Ex-Sweden international Ibrahimovic, who suggested he would return to United 'if they needed him,' had a statue of himself unveiled in his hometown of Malmo earlier this month.

Los Angeles will now face Seattle Sounders in the Western Conference final on Tuesday night at the Banc of California.

And the winner of the clash will compete against Toronto FC or Atlanta United for the MLS Cup on 10th November.
