St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright unlikely to make many changes for Hibs clash

St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright is unlikely to make many changes from the side which defeated Hearts 1-0 in their last outing.
The Saints had a weekend off as the Betfred Cup semi-finals took place, having been due to play Rangers, and several niggles have been allowed to settle down.
However, centre-back Liam Gordon remains out with a knee problem and he will be assessed ahead of Saturday’s game.
Young striker Callum Hendry has impressed off the bench recently and the 21-year-old has been told he will get a chance in the starting line up by Saints boss Tommy Wright.
Head of player development Eddie May takes charge of Hibernian on an interim basis – supported by assistant coach Grant Murray and Steven Whittaker – as the post-Paul Heckingbottom era begins at McDiarmid Park.
Hibs defender Darren McGregor returned to full training in midweek following an abdomen injury but he is unlikely to feature.
Captain David Gray (knee) is still out but Ryan Porteous returns from suspension and Martin Boyle and Vykintas Slivka are pushing for starts.
Chris Maxwell’s mistake against Celtic in the Betfred Cup semi-final defeat could give May a decision to make about who starts in goal, with Ofir Marciano the alternative for the gloves.
St Johnstone provisional squad: Clark, Duffy, Ralston, Tanser, Vihmann, Kerr, Callachan, Davidson, Holt, Swanson, Craig, McCann, Wright, O’Halloran, Kane, May, Hendry, Kennedy, Wotherspoon, Booth, Parish.
Hibernian provisional squad: Maxwell, Stevenson, James, Porteous, Whittaker, Jackson, Naismith, Hanlon, Hallberg, Middleton, Vela, Newell, Murray, Horgan, Mallan, Allan, Doidge, Shaw, Kamberi, Slivka, Boyle, Marciano.
