REAL MADRID are aiming to reverse their slump with an incredible £342million raid for Kylian Mbappe.

Los Blancos have struggled since Cristiano Ronaldo joined Juventus, with Eden Hazard not making the desired impact and Gareth Bale wanting out.

And CalcioMercato claims Bernabeu chiefs think Paris Saint-Germain whizkid Mbappe, 20, is the answer and will smash the world transfer record to get him.

Spanish press bizarrely believe the ace has dropped a hint about joining Real by liking a picture of Madrid-based actress Ester Exposito on Instagram.

According to AS, the World Cup winner has 'flirted' with Exposito by simply liking her most recent picture she posted of her uploading a mirror selfie.

Zinedine Zidane has angered PSG by claiming his fellow Frenchman's dream is to play for Real.

The French club hit back and told the Real chief to stop talking about their star player.

But stubborn Zidane insisted: "I simply said what Mbappe said: that his dream was to wear the white shirt.

"I said it, I say it again and I will say it as many times as I want."

PSG are in talks to increase Mbappe's wages to a stunning £34.5m-a-year, which would put him on a similar package to Neymar, as they try and keep hold of him.

But with Real refusing to give up, the Parisians know they face a battle to persuade the World Cup winner to ignore the Spanish giants' advances.
