Real Madrid players gather for Christmas dinner... And are joined by Bale!

Real Madrid celebrated their Christmas dinner at a well-known restaurant in the city on Wednesday evening.
In an unprecedented event, Gareth Bale was in attendance and joined his teammates for the evening.
The Filandon restaurant was the one chosen, on the outskirts of Madrid, and the team have previously dined there.
A meal was held there in May 2013, just days after Jose Mourinho's last game on the Madrid bench when they took on Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey final.

Atletico themselves have enjoyed a number of lunches there, and Getafe also used the venue for their Christmas dinner this year.
A number of players arrived together, notable Vinicius Junior and Casemiro, Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard, Luka Modric and Luka Jovic, and James Rodriguez was driven by a friend.
The atmosphere at the dinner was good, with a lot of laughter heard ahead of the game with Espanyol this weekend.
