AFC Fylde hover just one point above the National League relegation zone after Simeon Akinola’s late header handed Barnet a 2-1 win.
The Bees took the lead in the 37th minute when Jack Taylor fired into the bottom corner, netting his fifth goal in his last seven outings.
Fylde goalkeeper Sam Hornby made four saves before his side drew level through Danny Rowe on the hour mark.
The striker registered his ninth goal of the season, drilling a free-kick into the bottom corner, but Akinola had the final say when his header went in via the crossbar at the death to take Barnet four points off the play-offs.
