Inverness retained second place in the Scottish Championship with a 2-0 win over Dunfermline at Caledonian Stadium.
Shaun Rooney and Jamie McCart scored as the hosts bounced back from last week’s defeat at Patrick.
Inverness keeper Mark Ridgers made a fine double save to prevent Kevin Nisbet putting the visitors in front with just 15 minutes on the clock.
The hosts grabbed the lead in the 34th minute when Rooney was on hand to slot home from a James Keatings cross.
Ridgers maintained Inverness’ advantage when he produced another save to deny Nisbet on the stroke of half-time.
And Inverness wrapped up the points 10 minutes from time when McCart headed home from an Aaron Doran corner.
