Leeds pair Pablo Hernandez and Jamie Shackleton will both return to contention for the home game against Sheffield Wednesday.
Hernandez has missed the last four games due to a hamstring injury sustained in the recent defeat at Fulham and Shackleton has been sidelined with a similar problem since early October.
Luke Ayling and Patrick Bamford have both recovered from knocks picked up in the FA Cup defeat at Arsenal and are available.
Midfielder Adam Forshaw is closing in on his return from a long-term hip injury and forward Tyler Roberts (hamstring) will be assessed.
Wednesday will be without leading goalscorer Steven Fletcher, who will be sidelined for up to 10 weeks after damaging his knee in last week’s FA Cup win at Brighton.
Owls boss Garry Monk, returning to Elland Road to face his former club, has no other new injury or suspension worries.
Forward Fernando Forestieri, out since November due to a knee injury, is hoping to return to training next week.
Defender Liam Palmer has targeted a return to training towards the end of next week, but remains sidelined with an ankle injury.
