Lewis Alessandra could make his Carlisle bow against Walsall

New Carlisle signing Lewis Alessandra is in contention to make his debut against Walsall.
The 30-year-old, who most recently had a spell at Morecambe, has agreed a contract at Brunton Park until the end of the season.
The arrival of the much-travelled former Plymouth and Notts County forward helps offset the departure of Hallam Hope to Swindon, with Alessandra set to go straight into Chris Beech’s squad.
Recent signing Max Hunt, on a permanent deal from Derby, made his debut in the draw at Oldham so should be involved again along with fellow new faces defender Nick Anderton and on-loan Rotherham forward Joshua Kayode.
Midfielder Nathan Sheron could be handed his Walsall debut.
The 22-year-old signed on loan from Fleetwood until the end of the season earlier this week.
Teenage winger Jack Nolan is also in contention to make his full debut for the Saddlers after arriving from Reading this month for an undisclosed fee.
Nolan, 18, was introduced as a second-half substitute in the Saddlers’ 2-1 win against Crawley last weekend.
