Paris Cowan-Hall remains sidelined for Colchester against Plymouth

Colchester will remain without Paris Cowan-Hall for the visit of Plymouth in Sky Bet League Two on Saturday.
The former Wycombe winger has struggled with Achilles and calf problems this season and recently suffered a setback with his rehabilitation.
Aside from Cowan-Hall, U’s manager John McGreal has plenty of options to pick from and has hinted he will rotate his squad during the final months of the campaign.
One player he will be without is Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe, after he left the club on Wednesday to sign for Israeli side Hapoel Hadera.
Plymouth will be missing captain Gary Sawyer for the trip to Essex, with the centre-back due to serve a three-match ban.
He was dismissed late on in the 1-0 victory over Newport and the club eventually decided not to appeal the decision.
Fellow defender Will Aimson remains absent with a pelvic injury and boss Ryan Lowe is wary about rushing him back.
A late decision will be made on Josh Grant, Antoni Sarcevic and Dom Telford to decide if the trio can be part of the squad at Colchester.
