Gwion Edwards back from suspension for Ipswich

Ipswich midfielder Gwion Edwards returns to the fold as Paul Lambert’s men attempt to end a run of four League One games without a victory when they play Burton on Saturday.
Edwards missed last Saturday’s 1-0 defeat at Sunderland and the midweek goalless draw at AFC Wimbledon after collecting his 10th booking of the season against Peterborough, but is available once again.
On-loan Everton defender Luke Garbutt has missed the last two games with a thigh injury and continues to be assessed, while midfielder Teddy Bishop’s knee problem remains a concern.
Lambert’s side topped the table for an extended period during the first half of the season, but have slipped to seventh place with a return of just one point from the last 12 on offer.
Burton striker Oliver Sarkic is back in contention after sitting out Tuesday night’s 2-2 home draw with Oxford through suspension.
Sarkic was banned for one match as a result of his red card during the second half of Saturday’s 0-0 draw with Gillingham, but has now served his punishment.
Manager Nigel Clough will make a series of late checks on players with niggling injuries before finalising his team.
Stephen Quinn and John-Joe O’Toole both have groin problems and fellow midfielder Colin Daniel has a back problem, while defender Jake Buxton has missed the last two games with a knock.
