Arsenal star Lucas Torreira was mocked over his height - by his own team-mates.

It comes as the Gunners prepare for the weekend where they could win the FA Cup.

However, they face London rivals Chelsea and revenge will surely be on their minds after losing the Europa League to them only last season.

One man looking to settle some scores will be Torreira, who started that match in Baku.

But the 5ft5 ace must first overcome his own team-mates, who have been teasing him over his stature.

In a video posted by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Sead Kolasinac hilariously presented Torreira with his 'new kit'.

That came in the form of an Arsenal-themed babygrow, that had Aubameyang in tears.

And as he passes him the infant wear, Kolasinac says: "New strip 20/21 for Lucas Torreira."

It comes as the squad prepare themselves the FA Cup final that could mark a bright ending to an otherwise miserable campaign.

Arsenal finished eighth this season and face a year out of Europe if they do not beat the Blues at Wembley this Saturday.

Mikel Arteta may have only become a manager earlier this season but he could mark his debut campaign with a trophy.

That would be a remarkable start for the Spaniard, who took over a side in disarray, and former Gunners goalkeeper David Seaman believes the club's board must back Arteta in the transfer market.

“To end a season where we are eighth in the league and no European football is not a very good season at all for Arsenal’s standards. We really need it," he said.

“I am so desperate for us to win it.

"All that desperation comes through the fact that we have not had the best of seasons and we need that European qualification.

“Not just for the club, but also to attract other players as well. I am sure Arteta has got plans to bring players in.

“I just hope the board backs him on what he wants and who he wants, because in Mikel Arteta we have got a really good manager and you don’t want to lose someone like that just because the board won’t back him or give him money to spend.

“They need to buy the players he wants. He knows what he is doing, he will know what he wants and hopefully, he can get those.”
