Lionel Messi appeared to be a 'broken' man and was sat by himself as the first image of the Barcelona captain in the dressing room has emerged online.
Bayern Munich put on a clinical performance against Barcelona on Friday as they dumped the Spanish side out of the Champions League with a stunning 8-2 win.
The German champions ruthlessly scored four times in either half as Messi and Co's Champions League semi-final hopes were smashed to smithereens.
And now a picture has surfaced online showing Messi, whose Barcelona future has been cast in doubt, sitting alone at half-time as Marc-Andre ter Stegen stands in the doorway.
Barcelona have reportedly already made their decision to sack Quique Setien, who was appointed club manager in January.
Barca sporting director Eric Abidal, who had a high-profile public fallout with Messi in Barcelona's season, is also reportedly on the chopping block.
Gerard Pique has insisted that Barcelona have "hit rock bottom" and suggested the club is not on the "right path" after experiencing another humiliating Champions League exit.
The 33-year-old Spanish centre-back said after the match: "We have hit rock bottom.
"This is not the first, nor the second, nor the third time. We are not on the right path.
"Coaches and players follow one another, but it has been several years since we have been able to be competitive on a European level.
"We all have to think internally and decide what is best for the club, for Barca. Tonight was unacceptable for Barcelona.
"It's very hard to take but I hope it will be useful for something, for us to all think about it.
"The club needs changes. And I'm not talking at the level of the coach or the players, but structurally the club needs changes of all kinds.
"We must bring in new blood to change this dynamic, and if necessary, I would be the first to leave."
Bayern midfielder Leon Goretzka also pulled no punches towards Messi as he delivered a brutal response about the Argentine superstar during his post-match interview.
