ZURICH, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Switzerland coach Ottmar Hitzfeld has been given a two-match ban by FIFA for making an insulting gesture to the referee after his side's World Cup qualifier against Norway in October. FIFA said its disciplinary committee had found the German guilty of breaching rules on "offensive behaviour and fair play".
