Paris Saint-Germain were looking to extend their lead at the top of Ligue 1 when they travelled to struggling Dijon on Sunday.

Given the home side's position in the relegation zone PSG were favourites to take all three points but left themselves with a mountain to climb when Mohamed Sissoko was harshly given his marching orders for this challenge on Eric Bautheac.

Despite the numerical disadvantage PSG did manage to take the lead, Guillaume Hoarau pulling the ball back for Siaki Tiene to sidefoot the league leaders in front in the 49th minute.

Having grabbed one PSG sensed blood and Javier Pastore went close to making it 2-0 with this effort.

With time ticking away Dijon got back into the game when Steven Paulle nodded the ball home from Gael Kakuta's corner to send the ageing Stade Gaston Gerard into raptures.

With Dijon sensing a famous win they pushed everyone forward, only to be caught on the counter-attack from a corner, Jeremy Menez setting up Kevin Gamerio to score the winner in stoppage time.

The 2-1 win keeps PSG clear at the top of the league, while Dijon remain in the relegation zone.
