Back-markers beware: Formula One world champion Sebastian Vettel has been warming up for Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix with some Kung Fu fighting.

Vettel gave his Red Bull team the chop on Thursday in a job swap with the Chinese actress and martial artist Celina Jade.

Sebastien Vettel's used to being in front of the camera, but perhaps not so used to pulling out moves like this.

The Ferrari driver's in Beijing for Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix.

But on Thursday he managed to fit in a guest appearance in a martial arts film, with Chinese actress Celina Jade showing him the ropes.

However, Vettel was quickly back on familiar ground when the pair took to the nearby Tianma circuit.

Vettel returning the favour by giving Jade a crash course in high speed cornering.

And sounds like he'll be sticking to the day job.

"Yeah it was quite amazing to see how many people there are on the set and how much work it takes to put all the pieces together and for only couple of seconds how much work there is obviously behind the scenes going on. And it was quite tricky for me to pick up the sequences. I had to manage, but obviously that's what she does all the time."

Vettel won 11 races last year with a record 15 poles, but is currently sixth overall in the drivers standings.
