    Script:

Cerezo Osaka entertained the Kashima Antlers on Saturday - both teams languishing in the bottom-half of the J.League.

After a sluggish start, it was the visitors who took the lead in the 38th minute.

Osaka goalkeeper Kim Jin Hyeon tried to take control when the Antlers were awarded a free-kick.

But captain Mitsuo Ogasawara had other ideas -he beat the wall, making it 1-0 to the visitors.

Osaka came close just after the hour mark. Yoichiro Kakitani crossed from the near side - but Brazilian striker Kempes could only head straight at the goal keeper.

10 minutes later, Antlers could have doubled the lead - Shinzo Koroki cut into the box but his chip from an acute angle narrowly missed the mark.

Koroki showed his frustration but they held on to win 1-0.

A vital away win for the Antlers who move into the top half of the league whilst Osaka remain in the bottom half.
