Michael Schumacher: 'any point will be good' at Hockenheim

Saturday, July 21 2012 by SNTV
  • Intro:

Michael Schumacher believes 'any point will be good' at the upcoming German Grand Prix in Hockenheim.

    Script:

Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher paid a visit to a Mercedes factory in Baden, Germany ahead of the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim.

Schumacher probably does not need reminding of the fact that he is without a race win in the sport he once dominated since his retirement reversal two years ago.

But the 43-year old's form has shown signs of encouragement lately - grabbing third at the European Grand Prix before finishing seventh at the British GP.

What the future holds for the seven-time champion though remains in doubt.

    SOUNDBITE: (English), Michael Schumacher:

"I think any point will be good for this one and we will come as a team together and we will sit, discuss and find a solution what concerns the future, what is the right thing for both parties."

Schumacher has stayed tight lipped over any new contract with Mercedes next year - meaning the German Grand Prix could be one of the last opportunities for him to sign off in style.
