Officials from the IOC gathered in a London hotel on Saturday for an Executive Board meeting.
President Jacques Rogge chaired the meeting - as he prepares to witness the last Games of his 12 year term in office.
At the two day meeting in London, updates on preparations for the imminent Olympics will be heard, as well as reports on the progress made for the forthcoming Games.
The IOC will then hold their 124th session from 24th - 26th July.
