French medallists look back on the London Games

    Script:

SOUNDBITE: (French) Team sprint and individual sprint cycling silver medallist Gregory Bauge:
(about the crowd in the velodrome)
"The crowd was crazy. It really motivated the British (Team GB). They knew how to raise their level and how to make the most of being supported by the whole country."

SOUNDBITE: (French) 400 metre freestyle gold medallist Camille Muffat:
"I had a goal and that was to be Olympic champion. I achieved that in my first race so everything else was a bonus. I swam three races with three medals so...I hadn't really thought about whether I wanted to win numerous medals or not. I knew when I arrived here that I wanted a gold medal and there you go, I got one of each so that's wonderful."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Thierry Omeyer, goalkeeper in gold medal-winning handball team:
(about the handball final being on the last day of competition)
"We were 15 days in the village but we didn't see anything because we had to play all the competition but it's always like that with handball but I think the most important is that we have this thing." (shows gold medal)
