SOUNDBITE (English) Max Sirena, Luna Rossa skipper
"We may decide to not take part in the race on Sunday. The main reason for that is not... We want to hear the hearing of the jury before and then we will make our plan on top of that. I just want to make sure that everyone is clear on that there is no politics. We just feel its unfair and against our principle. What has happened today and in the last few weeks. So it is nothing related to politics. People can say whatever they want. We are here to race but we want to race with fair rules. And we are not going to chance the rule rules just one week before the event. I say that again. We do not want to offend anyone here. We want to make sure this is clear to everyone. And as regards the wind condition. Obviously San Francisco is a pretty windy location. And July is probably the windiest moment of the year so we are here to race but we are not going to go home. We are just going to wait for the hearing of the jury."

SOUNDBITE (English) Max Sirena, Luna Rossa skipper:
"I just say something very simple. I just feel it is unfair to change the class rule one week before the event. Can I said that? Or is that something unfair to say? I am really happy and pleased to shake his hand because... So I hope it is clear for all you guys here."
