A last minute winner from Sardor Sabirkhodjaev put Bunyodkor Tashkent into the knockout stages of the Asian Champions League with a 2-1 Group B victory over group rivals Al Jaish.
A first half hat-trick from Brazilian striker Chimba led Foolad Khouzestan of Iran to a 5-1 win over Al Fateh.

Bunyodkor Tashkent knew they had to win at Al Jaish to have any chance of qualifying from Group B of the AFC Champions League.

Three points behind and with a goal difference two worse than the Qatari team, they needed a good start to have any chance.

And they got just that thanks to some terrible goalkeeping.

Ahmed Sufyan dropped the ball on his own players head - Sergiy Symonenko gratefully accepted the gift, and the visitors were ahead.

Al Jaish were back on level terms seven minutes into the second half after an excellent turn and finish from Qatari midfielder Mohammed Muntari.

It seemed as though that would be the decisive goal until deep into injury time.

Poor defending saw the ball come to Sardor Sabirkhodjaev - and he sparked wild scenes amongst both the travelling fans and playing staff with a 94th minute winner.

Al Jaish had no time to respond, and after finishing level on points, in head to head and in goal difference, the extra goal the Uzbek team scored put them through to the final stages.

Elsewhere in Group B, already qualified Foolad Khouzestan annihilated Al Fateh 5-1.

Brazilian striker Chimba scored a first half hat-trick for the visitors, two of which came from the penalty spot and one of those resulting in Hamdan Al-Hamdan being sent off for his reckless challenge.

So Foolad advance topping the group with 14 points and Bunyodkor also go through in second place with 8.
