SOUNDBITE: (English) Isaiah Kiplagat, Athletics Kenya chairman:
"Out of competition and in competition, in the last five years we have either punished through, suspension.... or warnings, 32 athletes. If you compare that to the athletes that have been punished by other federations like Russia, China and so on, we are nowhere near. But nevertheless, we cannot say because those numbers are a few we have to be reluctant. We have to work."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Isaiah Kiplagat, Athletics Kenya chairman:
"Of the 32 (athletes) that we have (suspended or warned), we have now asked our team to analyze, who among, if let's say they are 32, who has got more of the cases that have been, detected. If one agent has got five, ten, six, eight, we want that agent and his coaches in Kenya to tell us. If we are not satisfied with the explanation, we will de-register them and I can tell you come January (2015), you'll see that action."
