SOUNDBITE (English): Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool manager:
"I was proud of the team, I think we did everything, but put the ball in the net. Creative-wise we were excellent, defensively solid, against a good team. Bolton are a team that is very much a form team in the Championship, Neil (Lennon, Bolton manager) has done an outstanding job with them, which makes them very difficult to beat. For us, we worked the spaces very well, and with a bit of luck or maybe the ball dropping for us, or maybe better finishing, we would have won the game. But we didn't, we kept a clean sheet, it was a good performance, but we just didn't get the goal."
SOUNDBITE (English): Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool manager:
"There were two decisions, I think, which were probably the talking point. The one which would have changed the game was Matt Mills should have been sent off. I think it was clear that he could have got a second yellow or a straight red as the last man. A great ball by Jordan (Henderson) and young (Lazar) Markovic is in. He (Mills) brings him down, it's clearly a booking or a straight red as the last man."
