World Cup defending champions India enjoyed two days of rest before training at the Murdoch University in Perth.
And it was a good chance to get in some 'middle practice'.
With coach Duncan Fletcher away for personal reasons, team director Ravi Shastri was in charge.
India's last outing was a fast 9 wicket demolition of the UAE - which dived to a finish with less than 50 overs being played.
Virat Kohli, seen here, was unbeaten on 33 at the end.
India's performance at the World Cup has so far been solid and remain one of the favourites to come out on top
Skipper MS Dhoni and his team have secured three wins on the trot and look set to top Pool B.
They play the West Indies at WACA on Friday.
After that game India travel to New Zealand where they play Zimbabwe and Ireland.
