British motor-racing great Sir Stirling Moss was among the stars out in force on the final day of the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Sunday.

After his dramatic win in Saturday's Dutch MotoGP, Valentino Rossi flew straight to England for his debut appearance at famous annual event.

Rossi delighted thousands of spectators when he rode the hillclimb course at 11:40 am.

He then deviated from the normal route back to the pits and instead rode to Lord March's mansion, where he was interviewed on the balcony.

The Italian later joined Formula 1 driver Nico Rosberg for lunch with the German also driving the hillclimb course in his Mercedes F1 car.

Olly Clark, son of British rallying great Roger Clark, won the hillclimb shoot out in 44.91 seconds in his specially designed Subaru Impreza 'Gobstopper II'.

....and of course... there was some champers to celebrate.
