    Script:

Ivo Karlovic was in semi-final action on Saturday in the Claro Open in Colombia.

The top seed was up against Adrian Mannarino, who here went into a 5-4 tiebreak lead in the first set.

The Frenchman got another racket on the Karlovic serve to take the first set.

The second was again to be decided on a tiebreak, with Mannarino getting to grips with the Croatian's serve.

The third seed moved into the final with a serve of his own.

Mannarino will play in only his second ever ATP final against either Bernard Tomic or Michael Berrer.

The German has reached the semi-final stage unseeded, yet here was broken immediately.

The set continued on serve before the Australian served it out to-love.

Yet Berrer, who has beaten the likes of James Ward and Estrella Burgos this week, levelled up the match at 1-set all.

The decider went the distance but with Tomic at three match points, Berrer went wide.

Tomic and Mannarino have played once before with the Australian winning that on clay earlier this year.
