Script: SOUNDBITE (English) Zuzana Hejnova, 400 metres hurdles champion:

"It's absolutely amazing to be a world champion again. I was very nervous before the final. I am not 100 percent ready. I caught a little bit of a cold. Probably from the air conditioning. But, in the end, I am really happy that I won again. It's perfect."

SOUNDBITE (English) Shamier Little, 400m hurdles silver medallist:

"I mean it's shock. I know everybody expects me to be like so emotional and all screaming but I mean I spent. I am tired. Believe that I am happy. Happy I came this far. I've had a long season. And I am glad with the outcome."

    SOUNDBITE (English) Shamier Little:

"Very overwhelming. It's like - when it hits you - it doesn't even have to be loud. It's just quiet and I don't know. i forget what the crowd is like when I run honestly. It's crazy. To see this many people all in one area."

    SOUNDBITE (English) Shamier Little:

"I think it went well. I accelerated how I was supposed to. I didn't give out when I was feeling tired. I kept my feet down and I finished my race. And I walked away with a medal."
